Aalborg Renewables recently visited Eurowind Energy in Hobro for an engaging and forward-looking company presentation and tour.

The visit began with a look at Eurowind’s Power-to-X facility, which currently supplies heat to a local business. This practical example highlighted how innovative energy solutions can directly benefit communities and showcase the company’s commitment to real-world applications.

Following the tour, Partner Jakob Kirkegaard Kortbæk shared Eurowind’s history and outlined their broad focus on renewable energy technologies. Their portfolio includes wind, solar, hydrogen, biogas, Power-to-Heat, and battery solutions, reflecting a strong dedication to advancing sustainable energy on land.

Country Manager Jesper Houe emphasized the importance of patience and integrity when working with local communities — particularly when planning large-scale onshore wind projects with turbines reaching 150 meters in height. His insights underscored the value of building trust and long-term relationships in renewable energy development.
